Douglas County says roads have reopened after flash flooding moved through on Thursday.
The county said that on Thursday, just before 6 p.m., several roads were impacted in the area of Pine Nut Road and Pinto Circle.
East Fork firefighters also managed to save several puppies who were swept away by floodwaters and rescued an elderly woman.
