Feeding Pets of the Homeless, in partnership with FISH (Friends In Service Helping), Riverside Veterinary Hospital, CASI (Carson Animal Services Initiative), Nevada Humane Society and Carson Tahoe Health, will host a free Pet Wellness Clinic on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at FISH, located at 138 East Long St. in Carson City.
Services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 120 pets.
The clinic will provide free vaccinations, wellness exams, spay and neuter vouchers, microchipping, dog licensing, pet food and supplies. Carson Tahoe Health will also offer flu vaccines at no cost for pet parents during the event. All dogs must be leashed, and cats should arrive in a carrier or box.
