Lyon County deputies say officers have arrested two registered sex offenders who were out of compliance, in the Silver Springs area.Â
Deputies say both men were arrested on Wednesday morning.
Authorities say 42-year-old Aslan Anthony Wurthmann, a Tier II sex offender, was taken into custody and booked on felony charges related to non-compliance with sex offender registration requirements and for violating his probation.
A few hours later, the same Lyon County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Task Force contacted 66-year-old Ricky Lee Wood, a Tier III sex offender, and then booked him to the jail on a felony charge.
