The Lyon County Sheriff's Office arrested an alleged non-compliant Tier 3 sex offender in Yerington last Friday.Â
Deputies say while investigating a suspicious car, they learned that 44-year-old Jason Klipple was a Tier 3 registered sex offender. They say subsequent information also revealed that Klipple was in violation of his legal requirements to register as a sex offender in Lyon County.
They say it was also determined that Klipple, who is on active parole, was in violation of his parole conditions.
Klipple was arrested and booked into the Lyon County Jail on the following felony charges:
* One count of violation of sex offender registration requirements
* One count of violation of parole conditions
