North Lyon Fire responded to a rollover crash on Interstate 80 near Mile Marker 53, east of Fernley.
It happened just after 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
When crews arrived, they found three people who had self-extricated from the car. One person was taken to a Reno hospital by Battle Born Medevac, while a second was transported by ground ambulance.
Their current conditions have not been released.
Nevada State Police are now leading the investigation into the crash.
