RTC of Washoe County is pushing forward with the Steamboat Parkway Improvement Project with paving beginning on Tuesday, September 3.
The paving will continue through Friday, September 6 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
While roads will remain open during the paving, drivers in the area are encouraged to use alternate routes, if possible.
The paving will be taking place on westbound Steamboat Parkway between Veterans Parkway and Marketplace Lane.
During the paving, westbound traffic on Steamboat Parkway and northbound traffic on Veterans Parkway near the Steamboat intersection will be reduced to one lane.
Eastbound traffic on Steamboat Parkway and southbound traffic on Veterans Parkway will not be affected.
