Power has been restored to nearly 3,000 people who suffered an outage just before 8 p.m. on Friday.

Nearly 3,000 customers are without power in southeast Reno on Friday night.
The outage is affecting 2,894 people as of 8:55 p.m., according to NV Energy's outage map.
The cause is unknown at this time, and there is no estimated time for power to be restored.
