The Reno Fire Department put out an attic fire in north Reno on Monday night.
It happened on Socrates Drive just before 8:20 p.m., according to a spokesperson for the RFD.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the attic and chimney, with some walls affected.
There were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation.
The fire department said lightning may have been the cause.
