The Reno Police Department announced today that its new location at 911 Kuenzli Street, is fully operational and officially open to the public. Â
Reno Police say its new front desk is open to assist with any non-emergency needs in person, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Â
Reno Police say that although they have moved to their new location, they are still offering online reporting at Renopd.com/Report and phone inquiries at (775) 334-2175. You can also reach their non-emergency dispatch by calling (775) 334-2677 for emergencies, dial 9-1-1.Â

The front desk at the Reno Police Department will be closed to the public until Monday, September 23, when it re-opens at the new Public Safety Center.
The closure started at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, to facilitate the desk's relocation to the new headquarters.
During the move, the RPD team will still continue to process online reports and manage their front desk phone calls.
If you have something to report, you can still file online at the Reno Police Department website or call non-emergency dispatch at (775) 334-2677. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
The front desk will not be open again to the public until 8:00 a.m. on September 23, at the Public Safety Center at 911 Kuenzli Street.
Once re-opened, the desk will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
