The Sparks Fire Department released information about a gas leak that happened on Sunday morning.
Around 16 fire personnel responded to the area of A Street and Victorian Avenue in Sparks just before noon.
NV Energy was also on scene, helping to isolate the leak.
As a safety precaution, the 1800 and 1900 blocks of A Street had been evacuated.
Sparks Fire said that a gas line was struck, which caused the leak.
