The Sparks Heritage Museum has been preserving the historical and cultural heritage of Sparks and the Truckee Meadows for 40 years this April.
To celebrate, the museum invites you to a special anniversary celebration on Tuesday, April 1 at 12:00 noon.
The party will feature a commemorative cake that will be cut by Nevada's 9th Governor and city namesake John Sparks - as portrayed by Dr. Michael Fischer.
Also a part of the anniversary is a membership and fundraising drive.
