The City of Sparks will begin median cleanup work along Rock Boulevard on Friday.
The work will take place in two phases and require temporary lane closures in both directions.
Phase 1: Gault Way to Oddie Boulevard
Cleanup work will take place on the following dates:
- Friday, Oct. 30: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday, Nov. 2: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 3: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Phase 2: Oddie Boulevard to D Street
Work is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During both phases, one lane will be closed in each direction on Rock Boulevard. Traffic will continue to flow in both northbound and southbound directions.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the work zones.
