MAY 7, 2026 UPDATE:

A Sparks man has been sentenced to up to 10 years in prison after being convicted of child sex crimes.

In October of last year, a USB drive belonging to 33-year-old Nicholas Lisle containing possible child pornography was found at Baldini’s Casino.

In November, Sparks Police detectives searched Lisle's home on Tyler Way. Afterward, he was arrested for possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a person under 16 years of age, and lewdness by a person more than 19 years of age in the presence of a person under the age of 18.

On May 7, Lisle was sentenced to 28 to 72 months in prison for the first charge and 19 to 48 months in prison for the second.

Both sentences are to run consecutively.

Lisle must also pay fines and register for life as a registered sex offender once he is released from prison.

NOVEMBER 22, 2025 UPDATE:

Sparks Police have taken a man into custody for possession of child pornography.

On October 18, officers responded to a call for possible child pornography, and during the subsequent investigation, 33-year-old Nicholas Lisle was identified as the suspect in the case.

A device belonging to Lisle was obtained with a search warrant, and child sexual abuse material was found on it.

On Friday, Lisle was arrested for possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a person under 16 years of age.

The Northern Nevada Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce and Electronic Storage Detection K9 Bandit assisted in the investigation.
