Police say a student suffered minor injuries after being hit by a car near McQueen High School early Friday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the crash near Sapphire Ridge and W. 7th Street off of Robb Drive just before 8 a.m.
Police say the high school-aged boy suffered minor injuries.
Police say the driver stayed on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
Police say impairment is not suspected.
