A man was arrested and charged with several violent crimes involving multiple victims early this morning.

Just after 5:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 20, Sparks Police were dispatched to G Street in Sparks after a woman had been allegedly stabbed multiple times with a knife.

The woman identified the suspect as 42-year-old Adam Soderblom, who fled the scene before officers arrived.

At around 5:45 a.m., Sparks Police were dispatched to a robbery that had just happened on Cannonball Road.

When officers arrived, a woman told them she had been robbed at knife point and the suspect had stolen her car.  The description the woman gave matched Soderblom from the previous call.

Sparks Police searched the area and were unable to find Soderblom or the woman's car.

Just after 6:30 a.m., the Washoe County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to Tuck Circle and Tholl Drive on the report of a robbery and a home invasion that had just occurred.

Deputies searched the area and located Soderblom, the suspect from the previous cases, as well as the car he had allegedly stolen from Cannonball Road in the same area.

Sparks Police and the Sheriff's Office found evidence from the multiple crime scenes tying Soderblom to the scenes.

Soderblom was arrested and booked on charges out of Sparks for robbery with a deadly weapon, grand larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property and battery with a deadly weapon.

In addition to the charges in Sparks he was arrested and charged out of Washoe County for robbery, home invasion, residential burglary and battery.
