Three people were arrested on Friday after a shots fired investigation near the intersection of Condor Circle and Mockingbird Way on Thursday just before 10 p.m.
Carson City deputies responded to multiple reports of shots fired and several people were seen running from the area.
When deputies arrived on scene they found one home was hit by gunfire. No one was injured.
Further investigation revealed seven shell casings were found.
Detectives and the Special Enforcement Deputies determined there were three people in the area believed to be suspects.
Using data from the Carson City Sheriff’s Real Time Information platform, the suspects were identified and determined to be at a home on Indian Drive.Â
Douglas County deputies helped serve a search warrant early Friday morning.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in an online post, at approximately 6:20 a.m., their SWAT team assisted the Carson City Sheriff’s Office by serving a warrant at the home.
Arrested were 18-year-old Christian Bryan of Douglas County, 19-year-old Frankie Hernandez-Peregrina, and a Lyon County (Fernley) juvenile.
All three were charged similarly with Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Structure, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Changing/altering a Serial Number , Damage to Property, Conspiracy to Commit Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Conspiracy to Shoot into an Occupied Structure. Bail was set at $20,000. Â
The Lyon County Juvenile was also served with unrelated Lyon County Warrants.
Deputies say one person was detained and later released.
