Two people were hospitalized following a head-on crash north of Crystal Bay early Sunday morning.
According to a Facebook post from the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District, it happened in the area of State Route 28 and Gonowabie Road.
Two people were hospitalized following the crash.
The extent of their injuries and the cause of the crash are not known at this time.
