Two of the three men convicted in a deadly shooting on El Rancho Drive in December of 2022 have been sentenced.
Juan Anguiano was sentenced to 4 to 10 years for Manslaughter and 4 to 10 years as part of a deadly weapon enhancement. Those sentences will run consecutively. Anguiano is receiving credit for 1,081 days served.
Raul Torres-Cruz was sentenced 10 to 25 years for Second Degree Murder and 4 to 15 years as part of a deadly weapon enhancement. Those sentences will also run consecutively. Torres-Cruz is also getting credit for 1,073 days already served.
Marc Delgado is scheduled to be sentenced October 13th at 9 a.m.

Sparks Police say they've arrested three men in connection with a deadly shooting on El Rancho Drive in December 2022.
Police say 21-year-old Joel Undercoffer was shot and killed during the December 11th incident.
The three suspects are:
* 21-year-old Marc Delgado of Reno - arrested on July 26, 2023
* 19-year-old Juan Anguiano of Reno - arrested on October 11, 2023
* 21-year-old Raul Torres-Cruz - arrested on October 18, 2023
All three suspects are currently in custody at the Washoe County Jail on Open Murder charges.

Sparks Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on Sunday night on El Rancho Drive.
Police say they found the identified victim around 9 p.m. in the 1800 of El Rancho Drive.
They say the man in his 20's, who was shot, died later at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.
