The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office identified the man who was killed in the motorcycle crash at the intersection of Sutro and East 6th Streets in Reno on Wednesday night.
69-year-old Kenneth Kruse from Reno was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.Â
The cause and manner of his death are still pending investigation.
Officials say that Reno Police are handling the law enforcement investigation for the case.Â

A crash involving a car and a motorcycle in Reno Wednesday night resulted in the death of the driver of the motorcycle.
The crash happened just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of Sutro Street and East 6th Street according to a release from the Reno Police Department.
The motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital but died from their injuries shortly after arriving.
The Reno Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team is handling the investigation.
The driver of the car stayed on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
It does not appear speed or impairment were factors in this crash.
