The Washoe County Human Resources Department is inviting the public to a special meet-and-greet with the final candidates for County Manager.
The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, in the Cottonwood Room at Lazy 5 Regional Park, 7100 Pyramid Highway in Sparks.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the finalists as they introduce themselves and answer questions from the public.
Formal interviews and the appointment of the next County Manager will take place the following day during a special Board of County Commissioners meeting. That meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday at the Washoe County Administration Complex, 1001 E. 9th Street in Reno.
