3:30 P.M. UPDATE:

Water service has been restored in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, but a boil water notice remains in effect in the area.

Businesses and customers on USA Parkway south of Denmark Drive, Peru Drive, and Pittsburg Avenue should continue to boil water for three minutes before use for drinking, food preparation, brushing teeth, and making ice until the notice is officially rescinded.

The order is expected to be lifted later this week following water quality testing, according to a post from Storey County on X.
