A man has been arrested in Elko, charged with high-level drug trafficking and weapons-related charges.

46-year-old Michael Overholser of Burley, Idaho was stopped by Elko Police when he pulled away from a home where five pounds of methamphetamine, 500 fentanyl pills, psilocybin, hydrocodone, and other drugs were seized.

A large quantity of packaged drugs as well as two stolen firearms were found in Overholser's car according to a post on the Elko Police Department Facebook page.

Overholser was booked into the Elko County Jail on numerous narcotics and weapons-related charges. His bail was set at $850,000.
