The jury in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has told the judge for a second time that it can’t agree on a verdict. Clancy, a former labor and delivery nurse in Massachusetts, doesn’t deny strangling her three children in their home in 2023. But her attorney argues that postpartum psychosis led to her actions. Prosecutors say she knew what she was doing. Jurors resumed deliberations for a fifth day Wednesday. At the defense table, Clancy stared at the jury with no expression. There was no visible expression on the faces of her parents or her sister in the gallery.
