The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) updated the public about a security breach that happened on their website last month.

According to the investigation they conducted alongside their Information Technology team, the Nevada Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), law enforcement, and legal and forensic experts, no personal information was accessed by any unauthorized people.

After finding out about the security breach in January, the NGCB began investigating the incident and shut down their website. Under the guidance of the OCIO, they transitioned to a new website platform.

The NGCB says that security is a top priority for them, and they will continue working to maintain that security.
