The Little League World Series has come to an end, with Summerlin South from southern Nevada losing in the championship game to Chinese Taipei.
The game marked the team's first appearance in a title match, where they fell in a shutout fashion, 7-0.
The last international team to win the tournament was Japan in 2017.
A parade celebrating Summerlin South’s success in the tournament as United States champions will be held on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Downtown Summerlin.
