Noble Pie Parlor will be closing its location at the Summit Mall in early October, according to a release from the pizzeria.
The last day for the Summit location will be October 8th, after which the space will be taken over by Edelweiss, an Apres-style sports haus.
The closure of the Summit location will allow ownership and management better daily oversight of operations and plans for growth in offerings at the flagship, Noble Pie Parlor Midtown location on South Center Street, according to the release.
"This shift helps us ensure we cater to both our clients, the entirety of our team and our promise to deliver a superior product and an unparalleled restaurant experience,” said owner Ryan Goldhammer.
Goldhammer and Noble management will stay on to consult with Edelweiss’ design team and culinary team and will head up the curation of their Austrian-style potato dough recipe for their Eastern Europe inspired gourmet flatbread pizzas with an Italian twist.
