Authorities say a non-compliant Tier 2 sex offender is back in Reno after he was arrested in Sacramento earlier this month.
Deadrin Carter is facing multiple charges, including child abuse, lewdness with a minor and several gun-related crimes.
According to the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, he was first convicted of a sex crimes back in 2019.
He then failed to appear in court leading to a warrant for his arrest.
