Steve Bannon Agrees To Testify, Contempt Trial To Proceed

A federal judge says the contempt of congress trial for former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon will begin as planned.

Bannon is charged in Washington’s federal court with defying a subpoena from the Jan. 6 committee that sought his records and testimony.
Bannon was convicted in July of two counts of contempt of Congress.Â
