Elko Police say a tip led to the arrests of two people in an illegal drug investigation on Wednesday night. 

Authorities say members of the Elko Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit (CSU) and the Elko Combined Narcotics Unit (ECNU) say they executed a search warrant on Connolly Drive. 

Detectives say they found methamphetamine, fentanyl pills, drug paraphernalia, and a .22 caliber pistol.

Detectives arrested 28-year-old Shawn Ratliff of Elko. He faces charges of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a controlled substance totaling more than 14 grams, and possession of metal knuckles. His bail was set at $180,000.

27-year-old Stevie Miller of Spring Creek was also arrested and now faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $355.00.
