Reno Police have arrested a man they say stalked a woman over several months after a brief relationship.
Reno Police arrested 26-year-old Keaton Busch in connection with an alleged stalking investigation.
They say the case began in November 2025 after the victim reported ongoing stalking behaviors following a brief relationship with Busch. After the relationship ended, police say the victim reported receiving unwanted phone calls and messages from unknown numbers, along with items including tarot cards being left on their car and at other locations. This continued over the course of several months.
During the investigation, detectives say they developed information suggesting Busch may have been involved in coordinating these acts. Investigators allege that Busch, with the help of a second female suspect, used multiple phone numbers and social media accounts to contact the victim and arrange for items to be left in various locations.
Busch was also reportedly seen near the victim’s vehicle on multiple occasions.
Police saay the victim got a stalking and harassment protection order during the investigation, but detectives say Busch later successfully had the order dismissed by providing fake or misleading information.
Busch was taken into custody at his workplace without incident.
He was arrested and now faces the following charges:
* Stalking (First Offense)
* Violation of a Stalking/Harassment Protection Order
* False Reporting of a Crime
* Forgery of Computer Data
* Uttering a Forged Instrument
* Offering False Evidence
* Perjury
The investigation remains ongoing.Â
