A section of Victorian Avenue is closed for the Sparks Folk Fest event.
Victorian Avenue is closed from Pyramid Way to Victorian Plaza Circle East.
10th Street will also be closed between Avenue of the Oaks and Victorian Avenue.
The roads will be closed until 6 a.m. on Monday, July 15.
