Fire crews with East Fork Fire, Tahoe Douglas Fire and Carson City Fire responded to an outside fire on Santa Inez Drive in the Johnson Lane area.
When firefighters arrived, they found a travel trailer, a boat and three cars on fire.
Douglas County deputies blocked off streets in the area and helped with crowd control as firefighters extinguished the blaze.
One woman was injured and had to be hospitalized; the extent of her injuries have not been released.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
