The Washoe County coroner has identified the body found in a creek in the Caughlin Ranch area late last month. 

The medical examiner's office says 29-year-old Pavel Zubov was from Reno. 

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office says REMSA responded to a medical call near Caughlin Ranch Parkway and Buckaroo Circle, where they found the-then unidentified body on May 28th. 

The coroner says the cause is pending further investigation.

Deputies say there is no threat to the public, since the body was found in a public place.
