The Washoe County Sheriff's Office arrested a 64-year-old driver after a hit-and-run crash Saturday afternoon in Golden Valley.

The crash, involving two cars, happened just after 2:30 p.m. on E. Golden Valley Road near the intersection with Opal Station Drive.

According to the sheriff's office, the driver who left the scene of the crash is facing a DUI charge and a charge of failing to stop at an accident. 

The other driver was taken to the hospital. Their current condition has not been released.
