Reno Police say they have arrested two people on multiple charges after a lengthy standoff late Sunday night near Arlington Avenue.Â
Police say officers were checking a specific address on Wright Street for several nights trying to contact the suspects, 37-year-old Christopher Chang and 24-year-old Jennifer Chang.Â
Officials say their car was not at the residence, but the suspects' car returned while officers were on scene.
Officers say a traffic stop was attempted, but they ran back into the residence.
The suspects eventually surrendered after a subsequent standoff.
37-year-old Christopher Chang is charged with failure to appear after a felony, driver disobeying a peace officer and drug possession.
24-year-old Jennifer Chang is charged with failure to appear and resisting a public officer.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office booked the two Monday morning.
