The first building at Reno Experience District (RED) has officially opened its doors and is showcasing a fully furnished two-bedroom model. The building will be ready for its first move-ins in January.
RED also released a new rendering of the bi-level fitness center that features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cardio loft space, and turf area for indoor/outdoor workouts.
Apartment floor plans for the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units are now available as well. All units include living areas, in-unit washer and dryer, wood-finish flooring among other features. The first phase will release 49 units.
RED will also feature an outdoor retail venue, 2-acre central park with a large LED video display and outdoor performance venue, and multiple rooftop lounges.
