Reno police are investigating a shooting in downtown Reno Wednesday morning.
Police responded to a report of the shooting at the Hi-Way 40 Motel on East Fourth Street just before 11am. There they found a woman with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say she had been shot with a pellet gun. They are still investigating what caused the shooting. "We are still investigating the circumstances behind the shooting, at this point we do not have a reason for it yet," says Sgt. Scott Shaw.
