A portion of southbound Rock Blvd. is back open after crews say a driver crashed through a guardrail and then down an embankment in Sparks. 

Authorities tell us one woman suffered moderate injuries, but is expected to survive. 

Rock between Mill & Greg Streets remains closed to traffic. 

Authorities say they're investigating whether drugs and/or alcohol was involved in the crash.
