Authorities have reopened the intersection of Rock Blvd. and Longley Lane after an early morning rollover crash.Â
The crash happened just before 5 a.m. on Wednesday.Â
Reno Police say two people were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Officers have not elaborated on specific injuries.Â
There's no immediate word on what caused the crash.
Police say the investigation remains ongoing so no citations have been issued at this point in time.
The intersection was reopened around 10:15 a.m., more than five hours after the crash.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office later said that Deputy Nick Ediss pulled the driver out of the Jeep which was engulfed in flames. Deputy Scott Butler arrived on scene and gave first aid until REMSA could arrive at the site.
