If passed an Assembly bill would expand restricted driver's licenses to charter school students, as young as 14 years-old.

A Memphis public school superintendent says a third grader from one of its charter schools was killed in a bus crash in central Arkansas.

Charter Communications was having technical issues with the signal.  KTVN engineers say the problem has been fixed.

As of 9:30 p.m., all local channels are off air on DirecTV. DirecTV is aware of this issue, and is working to correct it.

The Washoe County School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to let the school finish out the semester until June 30.
