The Washoe County School District is refreshing its strategic plan and wants to get input from the community.

On Tuesday, the Washoe County School District Board of Trustees voted to develop a long-term agreement to extend a pilot program to provide students with free bus rides on RTC buses.

Tuesday's 2 p.m. public meeting will be held at the WCSD Administration Building at 425 E. Ninth Street in Reno.

The community is now invited to participate in a survey to help committee members narrow their selection list.

The Small Business Administration is investigating the Susanville Indian Rancheria in connection with alleged fraud.
