20-year-old Jake Roman of Carson City died tragically in a snowmobile crash in 2020, but he saved three lives through organ donation and he will have his legacy honored at the New Year's Day Rose Parade.

Donor Network West is taking legal action against a rival donor network, its foundation and Renown for contractual interference.

From now until the November 14th the Washoe County Sheriff's Office and Donor Network West are partnering again for their "Second Chance" program, which educates motorists about organ and tissue donation while giving them a second chance on a traffic stop.
