The Reno Fire Department is investigating a fire that broke out early Thursday morning at The Sands on North Arlington Avenue. 

Investigators are combing through debris at a downtown Las Vegas apartment building where six people were killed and 13 injured in a fire over the weekend.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office says crews responded to a fire alarm at the Eden Research building near the Dayton Airpark.

Reno Fire department responded to fire alarms at 160 Sinclair this afternoon.  

Business is back to normal after the downstairs terminal was temporarily evacuated after a fire alarm went off early Friday morning at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. 

Washoe County reports a fire alarm at the main Washoe County complex on Wells Avenue in Reno. The county says all employees and public have been instructed to leave the building – as a precaution. 

The Washoe County School District says some Hug High students were evacuated from the school on Friday morning after a fire alarm was activated. 

The Reno Fire Department is investigating a house fire that happened in Reno Sunday night.

Lake Tahoe Community College representatives say a light fixture that shorted caused a precautionary evacuation at the school late Tuesday morning.
