The Sun Valley man who pleaded guilty to starting a deadly Reno apartment fire in 2020 will spend the rest of his life in prison.
The fires destroyed one home and damaged two others.
The new location is set to serve towards the growth happening in North Sparks.
Two apartment units were heavily damaged.
Officials on scene told us that Reno Police officers in the area noticed smoke at a single-family residence and called for fire resources.
Officials say there was no one in the travel trailer at the time of the fire.
Officials say everyone in the home self-evacuated and no one was injured.
Fire crews say a candle accidentally started a house fire on Companion Court on Christmas evening.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
An investigation is underway after a car crashed into a tree on Moana Lane near Monterey in Reno.
