The decision Tuesday comes nearly 20 years after Peterson was charged. 

About 50 family members of the victims were in the courtroom, some couples holding hands.

The jurors’ decision is a major legal defeat for the 84-year-old entertainer once hailed as America’s dad.

Of the 200 people called from the county master jury list, 26 were chosen to serve — 23 grand jurors and three alternates.

Four men face trial: Adam Fox, Brandon Caserta, Barry Croft Jr. and Daniel Harris. 

More than 750 people have been charged with federal crimes related to the riot. Over 220 of them have pleaded guilty. 

Jurors are deliberating in the federal trial of three fired Minneapolis police officers charged with violating George Floyd’s civil rights.

All three were previously convicted of murder in a Georgia state court and sentenced to life in prison for the fatal shooting.

Peterson was sentenced to death but that sentence was overturned by the California Supreme Court in 2020.
