The Reno Fire Department is adding a pet microchip reader to Fire Station 3. Microchipping your pet gives you a chance to find them more easily if they run away.
Washoe County Regional Animal Services (WCRAS) will be holding a horse microchipping event October 29, 2022.
Stations will be available to the public starting Monday, Oct. 3.
Appointments can be made online ahead of the June 5th event.
