The Washoe County School District will be holding two community meetings to discuss potential changes to middle schools.

The Washoe County School District's School of Choice application will be closing Friday. Some schools in the district are already at capacity and are closed to the School of Choice process.

The Washoe County School Board of Trustees discussed implementing new vaping prevention strategies and vape detection devices Tuesday night, as well as a trial run of single point entries at select high schools.
