The Elko Police Department made two arrests on Tuesday, one for luring a child or person with mental illness and another on drug charges.

An inmate at the Washoe County Detention Facility died Sunday. He was found unresponsive in his cell and despite lifesaving measures was pronounced dead on the scene.
