Sparks Mayor Geno Martini presented his annual State of the City address at Sparks City Monday.
“I always appreciate the opportunity to highlight the vision of our City and acknowledge the hard work of our dedicated staff,” said Sparks Mayor Geno Martini. “It is important our residents know that their City is preparing for smart growth in light of future economic development activity.”
