President Joe Biden says “we can’t, we must not go down” the road of political violence in American after Saturday’s attempted Trump assassination.

The school district plans to continue providing opportunities for students to participate in civic events.

Governor-elect Lombardo will deliver the 2023 State of the State address on Monday, January 23 in the Nevada Assembly Chambers in Carson City. 

President Sandoval will also speak to the University’s strategies to amplify the successes of its faculty, staff and students in the coming year

Parents could receive 62.5 cents per mile for taking a child to school, however, a student must actively be in the car for the payment.

WCSD Superintendent Dr. Kristen McNeill gave an update on the district's progress toward its academic goals during the address. 

Governor Steve Sisolak will give a State of the State address Wednesday at noon from Allegiant Stadium.

The speech is normally timed for January, and occasionally for February.
